If the contactless delivery option is not checked, you can still choose not to deliver the food directly to the customer. In this case, let customer service know about it and they can inform the customer and then follow the steps described earlier, but don’t go far after delivery! This can happen because it is possible that the customer is actually obstructed for some reason and cannot pick up the food (eg disabled).
