It takes a bit of time to check your claim – please be patient. After you submit your claim, the following steps will happen:
- Metlife will send you an email confirming they’ve received the claim.
- Metlife will check that you are a courier partner with Wolt.
- Once Wolt confirms that you were an active courier at the time of the incident, your claim will be sent to the Metlife Claims team;
- Metlife will ask you for the documentation needed.
- In the meanwhile, you can make things speedier by trying to make sure you have all the documents needed and ready. Please see the next question for this.
