It takes a bit of time to check your claim – please be patient. After you submit your claim, the following steps will happen:

  1. Metlife will send you an email confirming they’ve received the claim.
  2. Metlife will check that you are a courier partner with Wolt.
  3. Once Wolt confirms that you were an active courier at the time of the incident, your claim will be sent to the Metlife Claims team;
  4. Metlife will ask you for the documentation needed.
  5. In the meanwhile, you can make things speedier by trying to make sure you have all the documents needed and ready. Please see the next question for this.
