Presuming you would like to take a longer leave, but you would like to continue at a later date, you have the option of keeping your gear. In this case, please write an email to partnershungary@wolt.com to discuss the details.
Importantly, the deposit will not be refunded to your profile, but returning to delivering after your break will be much quicker than requesting new gear

If you are delivering through student- pensioner cooperative:
Please return your gear back to us. We have laundry partners in numerous cities so all you have to do is drop off your gear in business hours.
In those cities where we currently don't have laundry partners you can return your equipment using a parcel point system.
You can use our partner Packeta's package points for this purpose.
If you want to return your gear, please look out for the following:
- Find out what to return: the deposit list is available at woltfutarok.com/kaucio. What is not listed here does not need to be returned to us. Feel free to keep them as a memento of your Wolt days. (T-shirts, hats, jerseys, masks, car magnets, and the like.)
- Put the equipment to be returned in your delivery bag, then place it in a box measuring about 45*45*45 cm (this is the outer size of the bike bag, a smaller box is sufficient for a car bag.)
- Report to us the contents of the sealed parcel using the form below: https://wolt.me/hun/sendgearback (Important: if you skip this step, it may take longer to return your deposit due to the difficulty in identifying your parcel.)

Following this, all you have to do is sit back, relax and wait for the cooperative's transfer.
If you worked as a self-employed or under an entity (Bt, Kft):

"This deposit is returned to the Courier Partner within 30 days after the Courier Partner has returned all the items received from Wolt back to Wolt in good condition, provided Courier Partner is (still) in possession of a valid tax identification number."

If you have a valid tax id number, all you have to do is wait until we pay your final payment. However, if you do not have a valid tax id number after returning your gear, please contact us at financehungary@wolt.com to arrange further action.
