Please use the same email address Wolt has on record for you. You’ll be asked to confirm some personal information and set a password. You’ll then be able to view everything on offer to you courtesy of Wolt. 




  1. Why have I lost access to my Onsi account?

If your coverage is showing as inactive, this will be because you haven’t completed a job with Wolt in the last 90 days.  

If you haven't worked recently then your account will be re-activated when you next complete a job.

This insurance is valid whenever you are working with Wolt regardless of if your cover shows as active or not. 


What am I covered for?

Your insurance through Onsi includes Courrier Protection and Third Party Liability Insurance. 

 

With Courier Protection, if you suffer a fracture while making deliveries with Wolt you’ll be covered. You will also be able to submit a claim for medical and dental expenses, hospital stays, assault, permanent disability and accidental death. Full details can be found within your policy documents. 


Your Third Party Liability Insurance would cover you for the legal liabilities if you cause bodily injury or property damage to third parties while making deliveries or acting in the interest of Wolt on a bicycle or away from your vehicle. However, please note that if you cause damage or injury to a third party while driving a motor vehicle this would not be covered under your insurance with Onsi, you will need to contact your car insurance provider for assistance.

  1. Is my Insurance free?

Yes! Your insurance through Onsi is free, the costs of the program are covered by Wolt on your behalf. 


  1. I have been injured after an accident, what should I do?

If you have been injured in an accident, you may be eligible to make a claim under Courier Protection. To check what is included in your coverage head over to the My Benefits section of your Onsi account.

  1. How do I make a claim? 

To make a claim, first log in to your Onsi account. 


Once you have logged in, head over to My Benefits. This will then take you to a section where you can select either Courier Protection or Third Party Liability. 


Select the relevant coverage, and proceed to fill out a claim form. Please note, you will need to provide medical documents from a doctor or hospital for your injuries if you are claiming under Courier Protection. 


Wolt will then check if you were working at the time of the accident, and if approved, this will be sent to the claim handlers for a full review. 


Their role is to check everything you have submitted against your insurance policy, let you know the outcome, and arrange the payment if approved. They will contact you by email.
