What conditions do I need to meet as a Wolt Prime member?

With the highest guaranteed minimum earnings ever, there come some obligations:

During scheduled hours, your acceptance rate must be above 80%, every week.
You must complete at least 300 deliveries per month within the scheduled hours.
You must complete at least 140 scheduled hours per month.
You can only cancel scheduled hours within 24 hours with a very strong justification and a limited number of times. In case of illness, we do not require a doctor’s note, but you will not be able to book and deliver within scheduled hours for 3 days. Take this time to get better!
During scheduled hours, you must be online and within the delivery area at all times. Of course, a 5-10 minute break is completely acceptable outside of peak hours.
Since only the best and most attentive couriers can belong to the elite team, we expect you to always perform at your best. Serious mistakes (such as delivering without a bag or using a vehicle not designated in your settings) will result in removal from the program.

Your performance outside of scheduled hours will not be included in your Wolt Prime statistics!
