What is this test about?
During the test period, you will not be able to see the estimated pick-up and drop-off times, so you only need to concentrate on completing the order at the best pace and professionally, but with your own safety first.
Why does the estimated time disappear?
Surveys among our partners show that the importance of safe driving is the top priority most of the time. We know that making deliveries can be stressful and exhausting at times, due to the constant involvement in traffic.
Now you just need to concentrate on getting the job done as quickly and professionally as possible, putting your own safety first.

This change is currently being tested and we believe it will provide a better and safer experience for you and the users of our platform, so unfortunately there is no way for you not to participate. Give it a chance!
Without an estimated time, how will I know how long it takes to get anywhere?
The algorithm will offer you a task based on the distance and travel time between your location and your destination. As soon as you accept the pick-up or start the delivery, you should go straight to your destination, quickly but at the safest possible pace.
What if I'm on my way but run into something that could cause a delay? How do I know if I'm late?
In such unforeseen circumstances, contact customer services who will be happy to help and guide you.
What should I do if I arrive at the restaurant and find that there is a long delay and I have to wait a lot longer?
If you experience a significant delay at the restaurant, please contact out support and they will gladly help you with what to do.

Will this change be permanent or temporary?
The change is in a test phase at the moment, so we will be able to decide in light of your feedback what form the feature will remain. We are constantly monitoring the impact and results of the change.
