Due to the increased number of orders, the delivery times may be slightly increased, so in some circumstances you may receive orders that are already late, as indicated by the system in minus minutes.
Another possible reason is that another courier who accepted the order has technical issues, therefore our support needed to unassign the task from them, so you could only receive the task already late.
You don't have to worry about these tasks, because if you get a task that is already late, it won't be your fault, so there is no need to ask our support to unassign these task from you!
