How can I go online?

Before you switch online, make sure that:


  • Your mobile data is ON
  • GPS is ON
  • Power save mode is turned OFF
  • You have the bag and you're ready to go

You can only go online if you already have a contract signed, we have activated your application, and handed you the courier equipment.


Otherwise, you will receive an error message when you try to go online.
