How can I change / return my gears?

If you want to change or return your gear, you can do so at one of our laundry partners in the cities listed below. If you can't find your city, you can find out what to do at the bottom of this article. 

If your equipment is only dirty but still usable, the easiest way is to try to wipe dirty surfaces with a cleaning cloth or wash clothes at home. Please only replace your items if they are truly unusable!

Please note the following when dropping off your equipment:

  • Check the pockets of your bags and coats to make sure there are no personal items left inside. 

  • Our laundry partners are unable to receive you outside the specified times!

  • At the laundries, ONLY the equipment that requires a deposit must be handed in, a list of which can be found here: 

  • You can find important infos here about returning of deposit.

  • In smaller cities, laundries can replace broken equipment for you, but they may not have everything in stock. In this case, you can order the missing items through this site:

Budapest and its areas:

Only courier equipment in perfect condition can be delivered to the laundry. If any of your equipment is faulty, please bring it to our courier supply point and we will replace it for you.

You can change your gear at the laundry in Budapest on 11.29 from 3pm to 5pm.

The laundry will be closed from 11.30-12.04, during this period you will not be able to change or drop off your gear at the laundry.

If we don't have a laundry partner in your city, or if for some reason you can't drop off your equipment at the laundry:

In this case, you can return your stuff to us using a packing point system if you temporarily or permanently stop delivering with Wolt. You can use our partner, Packeta's parcel points for this purpose as follows:

  • If you're taking a longer break, but then want to resume your courier activities, you can keep your equipment. In this case, please contact us at to discuss the details.

    • It is important to note that in this case the deposit will not be refunded to you, but the return is much quicker than if you had requested new equipment.

  • If you'd rather return the equipment until you return, or if you'd rather stop being a courier altogether, follow the process below:

    • Find out what you need to return: a deposit list can be found at You don't need to send us back anything not listed here. Feel free to keep them as a memento of your Wolt days. (T-shirts, hats, jerseys, masks, car magnets, and the like.)

    • Put the equipment to be returned in the carrier bag, then put the whole thing in a box measuring about 45*45*45 cm (this is the outer size of the bike bag, a smaller box will do for a car bag.)

      • If you're not returning the bag, just the clothes, put them in a box of any size.

    • Submit the contents of the sealed package to us via the form below:

      • To be on the safe side, take a picture of the box and its contents so you can show us exactly what's in the box.

    • After filling in the form, you will receive an email from us with your package code. Go to any Packeta parcel point near you and tell them the code. When you hand over your parcel, you will need to sign a receipt, make sure you keep this and preferably take a photo of it, so that if your parcel gets lost, you have proof that you have handed it over! To be on the safe side, take a photo of the box at the parcel counter. You can find your nearest Packeta point here:

    • If you are not taking a break, just need new equipment to replace the returned items, you can request it by submitting the form below: 

Please make sure that you have followed all the steps above and entered the correct code at the Packeta parcel point, otherwise the parcel may not reach us! We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address and therefore lost, and we cannot refund the deposit.
